With sweeping ocean views and the unmistakable essence of Spanish cuisine, Hispania Nha Trang unveils its new open-air terrace — a unique space to enjoy Mediterranean gastronomy in a refined yet relaxed setting.

 

This opening marks a new chapter in the collaboration between Hispania and the spectacular Meliá Nha Trang, where both vision and talent come together to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

The project is led by our gastronomic director Marcos Morán, together with executive chef Adrián Mancheño and the talented culinary team of the hotel.

Set within Villa Le Corail, the terrace blends European elegance with Vietnamese warmth and hospitality, consolidating Hispania as a rising gastronomic reference in Southeast Asia.

Since its launch, the project has captured the attention of leading publications such as Đẹp Magazine, Epicure Vietnam, Robb Report, and Vietcetera, which have all highlighted this new venture as a fresh milestone in the Spanish culinary story in Asia.
